Hi, I’m Sonja Caison, founder of BackOfficeCOO. I help women entrepreneurs build the systems, processes, and infrastructure they need to grow their businesses without having to manage every detail themselves.
After more than 20 years of owning and growing a successful business, I’ve learned that growth isn’t just about getting more customers—it’s about having the right systems behind the business. Today, I work with women entrepreneurs to create repeatable processes, strengthen operations, organize their back office, and build businesses that can run without everything depending on the owner.
Through one-on-one consulting, I help business owners identify what’s creating chaos and put practical systems in place to move the business forward.
I also created Women Who Scale, the educational side of BackOfficeCOO, where women entrepreneurs come together through monthly roundtables to learn, share ideas, and tackle real business challenges.
